Cancellation & refund policy

We keep this simple. This is a starting draft and should be reviewed by a legal professional before launch. Anything agreed in your written proposal takes priority.

Monthly services

• Monthly services (such as listings, LinkedIn posts or RFQ follow-up) are month-to-month.
• You can cancel with 30 days' written notice. We complete and bill the work for that notice period.
• Fees for months already started are not refunded, but any work in progress is handed over to you.

One-time builds

• One-time builds (such as websites, company profiles or trade fair kits) are paid 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.
• If you cancel before work begins, we refund the upfront payment in full, minus any third-party costs already paid on your behalf.
• If you cancel after work begins, we keep the part of the upfront payment that covers work done, and hand that work over.

Free review

The 30-minute review is free. There is nothing to cancel or refund.

Ad spend and third-party fees

Ad spend and third-party subscriptions are paid directly to those providers and fall under their refund policies, not ours.

How to cancel

Email contact@aethal.org with your name and project. We confirm within two working days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days. See also our terms & conditions.
